Resonance: A yearly tuning session
A series of questions to bring you in tune with yourself and your goals for 2025.
Personal resonance is about going beyond what you think you want and tuning into a deeper truth, beyond your thoughts, through your senses.
Your senses are your path to finding harmony— first within yourself, so that it can ripple out to experiences beyond the Self, with your loved ones, your projects, and within your community.
The goal is creating alignment between your intentions & values, actions, and desired outcomes.
My hope for all of us in the coming years is that we continue to strengthen our inner knowing, by following what feels good, and letting the rest simply fall away.

Suggestions for this format:
Do this when it feels like the right moment. That could be today, or a month from now. There are no have-to’s or deadlines. If you want to break up the format into 3 sessions, feel free.
Come from a heart-centered, compassionate place. The goal of this is not to criticize, change or critique yourself, rather to experience greater wholeness.
If you find yourself overthinking or spending a long time on a question, move on.
Set aside 1-2 hours without distractions.
